Bellingham Weightlifting Club exists to inspire athletes of all ages to pursue the sport of olympic weightlifting and promote a culture that celebrates strength in Whatcom County. Through expert coaching and a supportive community we will equip our members with the tools they need to be successful and empower them with the belief and confidence that they can accomplish so much more than they ever thought possible.

Coaching

Under the leadership of USA Weightlifting National Coach Ryan Belsito, our club focuses on olympic weightlifting technique and strength development. With over 15 years of coaching experience, Ryan specializes in breaking down the snatch and clean & jerk for athletes of all backgrounds. Whether you are picking up a barbell for the first time or training for national competitions, our program provides a supportive, strength-focused environment. Join our team and start your weightlifting journey today!
